KYC SERIES: FLIGHTLINE TRAINING SERVICES EDITION

The KAAO Know Your Customer (KYC) Series is back, as the Kenya Association of Air Operators (KAAO) continues its engagements with members across Kenya’s aviation industry.

As part of the latest KYC visit, KAAO visited Flightline Training Services, where the team had an opportunity to engage with the institution, learn more about its aviation training activities, and officially welcome the organisation to the KAAO family.

The visit provided an opportunity to see Flightline Training Services’ training facilities firsthand, including its classrooms and learning environment, and to gain a closer understanding of the work involved in equipping current and future aviation professionals with the knowledge and skills required within the industry.

Discussions also covered the wider aviation operating environment, industry priorities, and opportunities for continued collaboration between KAAO and its members in support of a stronger and more connected aviation sector.

The KYC Series is an important part of KAAO’s member engagement programme. Through these visits, the Association seeks to better understand the businesses and organisations within its membership, engage directly with members on their experiences and priorities, and ensure that their perspectives continue to inform industry dialogue and advocacy.
