Download the membership application form and submit it to the Secretariat.

Two steps to apply

  1. Download the membership application form. The form sets out the information the Association needs about your organisation and the licences or certificates it holds.
  2. Upload the completed form. Submit it through the member registration page and the Secretariat will be in touch.
