KATCA 48th Annual General Meeting
The Kenya Air Traffic Controller’s Association (KATCA) 48th Annual General Meeting, held on 13th March 2026, and themed “Building a Resilient Future; Strengthening the Workforce through Modernization, Safety and Collaboration,” brought together key stakeholders from across the aviation sector to discuss the future of Air Navigation Services and workforce development.
Kenya Association of Air Operators (KAAO) was honored to participate, with our CEO Liz Aluvanze attending as an invited guest. The engagement provided an important platform to reaffirm the value of collaboration between air navigation service providers, regulators and operators in maintaining safe and efficient airspace operations.
We were also pleased to see strong representation from KAAO member airlines, including Jambojet and Safarilink Aviation, reflecting the industry’s collective commitment to safety, operational excellence, and a resilient aviation ecosystem.
