The KAAO Secretariat recently had the privilege of participating in an immersive Association Management training facilitated by Mr. Jeffers Miruka, CEO of African Association Management Company (AFAMCO).

From mastering the essentials of association management to strengthening member development, effectively managing volunteer committees and task forces, enhancing communications and public relations, and cultivating leadership, the programme provided practical insights that will shape how we engage, serve, and create value for our members.
