Aero Club of East Africa Aviation Baraza
The AERO CLUB OF EAST AFRICA recently convened an Aviation Baraza, bringing together industry stakeholders for an open and insightful dialogue on the factors shaping the sector, both positive and challenging. The forum created space for meaningful exchanges on critical areas such as safety, air traffic control, and the ongoing renovation works at Wilson Airport, all of which remain central to the efficiency and sustainability of operations.
KAAO was represented at the Baraza, with our CEO, Liz Aluvanze honored to deliver an industry update, offering an air operator’s perspective on regulatory developments and infrastructure priorities. Her remarks highlighted the Association’s continued efforts in advocating for a responsive regulatory environment, improved operational frameworks, and infrastructure that supports the evolving needs of operators.
