6th African Association Summit

Day 1 of the 6th African Association Summit was inspiring! Representing Kenya Association of Air Operators (KAAO), I joined the panel to share how the Association is reimagining engagement, connecting members and stakeholders, and driving meaningful impact. Equally valuable was learning from industry peers ,exchanging ideas, experiences, and fresh approaches that are shaping the future of associations across Africa.

What was even more inspiring was hearing from other associations about what’s possible when you mix creativity with the right digital tools. It reminded me that going digital isn’t just about technology, it’s about making life easier for members, connecting people in meaningful ways, and actually getting things done without drowning in endless emails.

And here’s the best part: we don’t have to have everything figured out right now. It’s okay to experiment, stumble a bit, and laugh along the way, because progress is happening whether we wait or act.
