About the operator

The Kenya Wildlife Service Airwing is a specialised government aviation unit supporting wildlife conservation and protected-area operations. Its missions are operational rather than commercial, including aerial surveillance and anti-poaching support, wildlife census and translocation, veterinary response, search and rescue, security and logistics. KWS also maintains aviation/engineering capability to support its own fleet.
